Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. (We are a small in home business). We strive to mail items as soon as possible. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

All of our items are custom made at ordering time. We will be in contact with you through the whole thing as we will be making sure that everything is right before we even start to make it. So you will be very informed with your shipping status.
